The employer executes a Special Power of Attorney indicating therein that it authorizes LUZERN INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES CORP. represented by its President Luzviminda C. Mañoza to recruit Filipino workers in behalf of said employer. This Special Power of Attorney must be in the employer's official letterhead form and duly authenticated by the authorized officer of the Philippine Embassy/Consulate where the employer resides.
The following documents must be submitted directly to LUZERN INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES CORP. with office address at Unit 3 Townhomes 1695 F. Benitez St., Malate, Manila.
- Requisition from the Foreign Principal. The letter should contain information on the number of workers required, delivery date and the different job description, including the salary offer (JOB ORDERS/MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS)
- Authenticated Special Power Of Attorney
- Recruitment Agreement
- Photocopy of Commercial/Business Registration of Principal.
- Proposes Contract of Employment
- Original Copy of the Visa or Visa quota
- Letter from the Foreign Principal authorizing LUZERN INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER SERVICES CORP. to file and withdraw worker/s visa or a copy of workers visa.
